Service/Product – If you have purchased a service from Fixio we may contact you via email or SMS with updates about your repair, or the service in question. We may also send you an email with a quotation or invoice if you’ve purchase a product or service from us. If you do not want to receive these types of messages from us please email us and we will turn these off.

Data Copy – Please email us if you require a copy of the data we hold on you. We will provide this data in a portable (machine-readable) format within 4 weeks of your request.

Data Deletion – Please email us to request deletion of data we’re holding on you. Please be aware that we may not be able to delete all of your financial data as the law requires us to hold this for certain periods of time. We will confirm the data we must hold on you for legal purposes.
