It might all feel a bit ‘Groundhog Day’, but we’ve been here before and we know how to get your essential tech working during a lockdown!
In line with the Government’s retail advice, as of Thursday 5th November, our MacMan stores are temporarily closed for walk-in repairs but we’re still very much open for purchases and repairs throughout with our Click & Collect service.
Our priority is to keep your essential tech working whilst keeping our customers and staff safe so the Click & Collect Service will apply to both drop-offs and collections.
Just head over to our home page and click through to our online booking in system.
You’ll be able to choose a specific time slot to bring your tech into your local store. When it’s ready for collection, you can pay online and you’ll be able to choose another specified time to come and collect it.
If you’re unable to come in-store, we can offer a local delivery service chargeable at £10 each way which will be added to your invoice. We can also book collection and delivery through DPD at standard rates if you prefer.
Please note, we are working Monday – Friday only throughout this lockdown.
