Who are we?
MacMan is a Kent and Sussex based company which has successfully provided our customers with a variety of Apple based IT services since starting in 2006 and operating as a limited company since 2009. We now have retail stores in Brighton, Horsham, Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks; a popular business support contract model; and a successful online store branded ‘The Mac Store’.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apple loving retail/technical sales advisor to join us in our Tunbridge Wells branch.

At MacMan the customer is everything, and as a small business, the initial impression and experience mean a lot. This means we need confident, able individuals that can thrive selling Apple products. You need to love Apple products, tech and people. You will be offering our customers sales advice and support centred around Apple products in-store and over the telephone. We expect you to be knowledgeable across the Mac product range, Macs to iDevices, to software. You will be expected to deal with members of the public off the street, as well as phone and email support. Requests could be as simple as booking their Mac/iPhone/iPad in for repair or advising on the latest and greatest Apple products.

We pride ourselves on our Apple expertise and independent spirit, so you will need to be equipped to advise correctly and honestly when a customer has a question or concern. You also need to be all about the customer. Customer service is key to the success of our business and you need to be a people person.

About the role:

You must have experience in the following areas:
–  A good understanding of Apple products including software
–  Great with people in a sales and technical environment
–  Comfortable using the telephone to handle customer queries
–  Previous retail experience and a love for technology

Salary and other important bits about working here:
– You will be required to work 5 days per week between Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm – 20
– 20 days holiday per year (plus all bank holidays) starting package which rises year on year

– Initial salary negotiable and dependent on experience
